At the Casa de Santa Maria, we believe awakening to Divine Love
is the Spiritual Journey!
Your purpose in life is to invite Divine Love into your life and allow it to heal and transform your life so you can see that you were created as divine.Once you awaken to Divine Love, your mission in life is to share that Love with the world in whatever way you are lead.
It didn’t take us long to realize “God according to man" had not served us well when it came to spiritual truth. We invited God to be our teacher. God showed up!
Don’t believe all we share. Trust God to teach you truth. You’ll know truth when you hear, see, and feel it. Truth will resonate deep within your
heart and soul and bring you
comfort peace and joy.

After Her Son asked Susan that she and husband Milt return to America from their home in Australia to create the Casa de Santa Maria, “Where My Mother's healing presence will reside, along with Her holy helpers". The Divine Mother took the reigns, supplying Susan with detailed descriptions of the layout of the Casa, with emphasis on her 300 foot diameter garden. Mary ordered that the first item to be placed on the Casa grounds should be a totem carving done by an Indigenous carver, “To honor these beautiful people who suffered and lost so much.” She also asked Her garden include a medicine wheel and a ceremonial fire pit. The Casa sits on the land of the Tewa Tribe.

Susan began her true spiritual journey in 1993 when she invited God to show her His truth and become her teacher. Soon afterward began the mystical experiences, dreams and visions that changed her life and allowed her to experience God. Through those experience she was able to understand the transforming power of Divine Love. In 2005, Susan and Milt were commissioned by Jesus and Mother Mary to create the Casa de Santa Maria, the non-denominational healing sanctuary and spiritual retreat center, where Jesus promised Mother Mary and her Holy Helper's presence will reside to bring about healing in the lives of her beloved children.

We met Stephanie by way of long distance in July of 2007 when a close friend and associate, suggested she contact us because of similar spiritual interests and paths. It was "Love at first contact!" As Stephanie was exposed to our plans for the creation of Casa de Santa Maria, it became clear our mission spoke to her heart, and she to ours. It soon became evident that as a successful business woman, Stephanie's lifelong desire to serve people blended so perfectly with the Casa plans — and our lives have been better for the knowing. "I so love the spiritual work the Casa is attempting to bring about and am honored to be a part of it and to contribute in any way that I can.”

Susan and Milt met Gwendolyn in 2009 when inquiring about a consultation session to help in her grieving process from the death of her beloved sister. We were quickly taken by her lovely spirit and immediate interest in our mission to create the Casa de Santa Maria so close to her home here in Colorado. After her first visit to our Casa website detailing our fledgeling effort—she was hooked—and a beautiful relationship quickly developed. Our very first San Luis "on-site" friend— Gwen shared her artistic weeding ability in Mother Mary's Garden, and generously assisted in facilitating our first Casa retreat in 2012. “First visit - I knew right away the Casa was a sacred place."

The Casa and our town of San Luis, Colorado, "Where Colorado Began,” is so fortunate this spiritually focused entrepreneur at heart, along with husband Dave, left their business life in Wisconsin to relocate to Dave's growing up place to begin several new companies. I’m so very excited being part of Casa de Santa Maria Together we can love the earth in togetherness. Looking forward to be anchoring Mother Mary’s energy here

It is with a deep sense of sadness and loss—and yet an absolute feeling of joy and wonderment that we share with you the “graduation” back to spirit of our dear and loving friend, Casa Director Lisa Heiser who returned to the spirit dimension June 13th, 2011. This amazing woman was not only a charter member of our Casa de Santa Maria Board of Directors, she was the epitome of a caring and loving friend to all she met, and in particular to all in need. Thanks, Lisa, for all your continued guidance from the other side! Lias was Assistant Dean for Faculty Development at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine whose staff continues to miss her magnetic presence.
